We’ve removed opening protection requirements in all but the Tri-County Area. See the full breakdown:

Counties where opening protection is no longer required:

Brevard, Charlotte, Collier, Duval, Flagler, Hillsborough, Indian River, Lee,

Manatee, Martin, Nassau, Pinellas, Sarasota, St. Johns, St. Lucie, Volusia

Counties where opening protection is still required:

Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach
